My Approach
Having lived in Europe for eight years while managing global mobility programs for companies including Kraft Foods, Ernst & Young, and Cisco, I know first hand that working in multi-cultural environments, on multi-national teams, and living in different cultures means more than just rearranging aspects of how you work and live to respond to the situational changes. As we adapt to different cultural cues, values, and communication styles, we experience an inner reorientation of who we are, what we believe, and how we lead.
Our collaboration is grounded in trust and takes place in a neutral space, independent of your organization’s performance management and political systems. Intentionally, I contract directly with my clients so as to offer you the safety to allow your experience to be an adventure, not an isolating nightmare. My approach is a generative process that enables you to create an effective personal system that empowers you to not only survive but thrive – professionally and personally – wherever you go in the world.
